Our Graduate Leadership Programme is structured around a 4-phase career development plan, which is designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to become an effective leader / project manager.
During the development programme participants will be assigned to one of the company directors who will act as a sponsor and for each phase, they will also be assigned a mentor. The sponsor will review progress throughout the programme and at each phase the assigned mentor will provide coaching and assistance.
The programme is supported with the Pinewood Young Persons Incentive Scheme and we encourage interaction and team building between the members of our various training programmes.
