The undergraduate placement programme

 

We have developed the Pinewood Undergraduate Placement Programme with a view to showing undergraduates the career opportunities that exist within our business.


The objective of the Undergraduate Programme is to recruit bright enthusiastic people with a flair for innovative thought and a proven ability to progress and for us to guide them with a view to developing future leaders of our business. 


Our Undergraduate training is a 12-month placement designed to introduce participants to the skills and experience needed to be an effective team member within an IT company and to help them to make an informed career choice upon graduation. 


During the programme you will be assigned to one of the company directors who will act as your sponsor. Sponsors are responsible for reviewing your programme progress.  In addition you will be assigned a mentor who will be available to provide coaching and assistance.

All our developers are either fully accredited Microsoft Developers or working towards Microsoft accreditation – this enables our team to stay at the leading edge of the latest technology applications.
