Business Development Executive – BDE
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Development Unit at Pinewood. Working in conjunction with a Business Development Analyst and with the wider Business Development Team, the BDE will manage Pinewood’s relationship with existing customers and also automotive manufacturers.  They will be responsible for developing close working relationships to promote best practice ensuring our customers get the most out of our Pinnacle dealer management system.
The person

We are looking to speak to individuals from a retail automotive background with an understanding of dealership processes and working culture.

Prospective candidates will need to possess very strong relationship building skills, including the ability to empathise with customers and prospects whilst presenting solutions and ideas with confidence and from a standpoint of system experience.

They will need to have the enthusiasm to quickly ‘get under the bonnet’ of our software product – and to understand the key benefits of using Pinnacle.

Working within the BDU Team will require high levels of organisation and the ability to work proactively on their own initiative as well as bringing results back to the broader team.

The role is based at our head office on Birmingham Business Park which is situated near the NEC, but will also involve some travel to our customers.

Software Support Consultant
The role
Working closely with our existing telephone support team, successful candidates will be responsible for dealing with all Dealer Management Systems enquiries for our innovative software, Pinnacle.

We are ideally looking for candidates that can bring both enthusiasm and experience of IT to this role as we will be actively looking for you to develop your skills further. Additionally, experience of working within the retail motor industry would be seen as an advantage.
