The objective of the Young Persons Development Programme is to recruit bright enthusiastic people with a flair for innovative thought and a proven ability to learn. The programme runs alongside the Pinewood Graduate Development scheme with the aim of offering mutual support and interaction opportunities to participants of both schemes.
The training is structured around a 4-phase career development programme, which is designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to become an effective leader.
During the development programme participants will be assigned to one of the company directors who will act as a sponsor and for each phase they will be assigned a mentor. The sponsor will review ongoing progress throughout the programme and at each phase the assigned mentor will provide coaching.

Successful candidates will be required to provide computer support in a commercial environment.
