Training courses

 

Accounts

Designed to give a basic grounding in all areas of Accounts within Pinnacle. During the course sales, purchase and nominal ledgers will be covered, along with cashbook and reporting.

 

Vehicles

The aim of this course is to enable you to manage and control the movement of stock, check customer orders and invoices along with interrogation into vehicle accounts. Users will gain an understanding of how to use the full suite of reporting available in Pinnacle including: vehicle debtors, profit by deal and stock lists.

 

CRM

Users will be introduced to the CRM section within Pinnacle. By the end of the course they will be able to carry out customer creation, selections, database management, letter creation and mail-shots and management of the Edition web site.

 

Workshop

The training is designed to give a basic grounding in Workshop, covering the importance of the customer CRM record, using the diary, invoicing, the effective use of time management and reporting.

 

Parts

Taking the user through all aspects of the Parts section within Pinnacle. The course covers the basic creation of parts and invoicing to customer orders, recommended stock orders and reporting.

 

Specialist Sales

This course is designed to give Sales Executives an understanding of the day-to-day processes within CRM and Vehicles, this course provides the information relevant to most dealership sales processes.

 

Accountants set-up course

Specifically designed to assist the Accountant in the correct method of setting parameters and the nominal ledger within Pinnacle. This course is not a substitute for the general modularised Accounts training, as the areas cover specifically setting selected parameters in place of a generic system.

 

After sales set-up course

Designed specifically to assist After Sales Teams in the correct approach to creating departmental structure and the subsequent parameters within Pinnacle. This course is not a substitute for the general modularised training, as the areas cover specifically setting selected parameters in place of a standard system.
