Pinnacle has been designed to eliminate many of the common problems found within dealer systems. However there will be times when your dealership may need extra help and we strive to ensure that dealers working with Pinnacle only ever experience great customer service.
Get dealership support seven days a week
Pinnacle support is provided seven days a week* as standard. Support issues may be raised by telephone, email and fax.
Our target is to answer all queries on the initial call aiming for a result of ‘resolved first time’. If we cannot resolve the issue within the first call, logged queries are prioritised depending upon the level of impact the issue will have on the dealer business, and will therefore be escalated accordingly.
Our overriding aim is for your business to operate without interruption.
*The support service is provided on all Bank Holidays with the exception of Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
CSI
We operate an ongoing customer satisfaction evaluation programme where all customers are regularly surveyed; the CSI feedback allows us to constantly improve our support service.
