Neda Graduation

The Opportunity

Pinewood is a growing business developing a range of industry-leading web applications for automotive retailers. We value the contribution our Undergraduate and Graduate team members make to help us continue to achieve excellence. Those on Placement with us are given real responsibilities from day one – you’re not here to complete routine processes, you’re here to learn and add real value.

We pride ourselves at Pinewood on providing the most comprehensive programme, tailored against your career ambitions. Both you and the business will grow together.

Our Graduate Roles

We offer two Schemes tailored either to Business or Software Developer career paths. Undergraduate placements conduct the first year of the graduate scheme. All roles are based at our Birmingham office and do provide opportunities for travel.

Software Development

10 roles available per year

The Software Developer Scheme is a one-year programme leading to a role as a software developer in an Agile environment. The first six months builds your understanding of our business, customers and technology so you are ready to work on software projects in the second half of the year.

Business

10 roles available per year

The Business Scheme is a two-year programme leading to a role that could include Consultancy, Business Development, Training, Customer Support, Project Management or roles in Agile software development. As your responsibilities grow we support you with a further two years within our Leadership Development programme.

All roles are based at our Birmingham office.

Both schemes start from our belief that acquiring a balanced business background is critical in building your career and they share the support of both graduate and business mentors throughout.

Other Graduate Roles

We also offer the role of Graduate Scrum Master, requiring an individual who is strong across problem-solving, teamwork and personal drive. The successful candidate will work towards professional Microsoft qualifications for the Application Lifecycle. Assisted by mentors throughout, as your responsibilities grow we support you with a further two years within our Leadership Development programme.
