Helping our customers get the most out of our product. Supporting customers in growing their business, they advise them on how best to use the system and encourage adoption of new functionality. Split into Analysts and Executives, those joining this team must have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer consultancy.
Support has ongoing interactions with our customers, dealing with inbound queries and issues. An individual joining the support team will have strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for customer service and helping others.
Are you outgoing, ambitious and passionate about showing people how to improve their businesses? A software sales career could be for you. You’ll spend your time in the office and on-the-road prospecting and visiting potential clients at their dealerships to explain the great benefits of our product Pinnacle DMS. This is a fantastic role for a people-person with a talent for solution-selling.
Work as a part of a dedicated support team, engaging with clients across a range of issues relating to market leading dealership management software. With no previous experience required the Applications Support Consultant must possess excellent communication skills, be a dedicated and supportive team player with great organisational skills and have the ability to manage your own work load alongside other team member’s workloads where appropriate.
Upon starting, the successful Applications Support Consultant will be placed on our Academy Training programme that provides you with a structured growth and development plan.
Do you have experience of developing web based solutions within a Microsoft environment? Fancy working in an Agile environment in one of the largest software teams outside the capital? You could help to develop our industry-leading Dealership Management System; Pinnacle DMS and associated multi-platform apps.

Training & Implementation
Implementing the system into new customers’ sites can consist of on-site implementation and customer training. Implementation staff enjoy travelling and meeting new people, whilst sharing their knowledge and passion for Pinnacle. An individual joining the implementations team will have strong interpersonal skills with a passion for training.
Keeping Pinnacle up and running, and accessible to our customers is incredibly important. It needs to be accessible at all times. Our team works tirelessly to make sure our uptime meets our SLAs and our system is deployed using the latest Microsoft technologies.
