Completing administrative tasks that keep Pinnacle running
Such as additional user licences, enabling of integration, connectivity changes, VPN licences, Invoice header changes as well as any other similar queries you may have.
Assisting you with any Pinnacle queries you may have
Providing the support services you will be used to. You now not only have the option to call us, you can now also instantly log queries, access help videos, see frequently asked questions and live chat with someone on our help desk by pressing the Support option within the Pinnacle side Menu.
These changes are effective immediately and your query will be directed to the appropriate team depending on your requirement.
