Pinewood renew Microsoft Partner status with five gold and three silver competencies
Leading DMS provider Pinewood have again gained multiple competencies as part of their on-going commitment to delivering the highest quality solutions.
Neville Briggs, Managing Director said, “Gold competencies are only awarded to software companies that can prove a high level of competence for their people, processes and services. It is estimated that only 1% of all partners have a single gold competency, so we are immensely proud that we have been awarded with five, as well as three silver competencies”.
Holding the certification since 2006, which is reassessed each year Pinewood has had to prove successes in a variety of key business performance areas – covering people, customers and product.
Every organisation clearly seeks to employ talented team members. Pinewood actively supports this talent with education. A large proportion of the business undergo a range of Microsoft exams that not only contribute to the Partner Network, but also ensure that team members are highly qualified to undertake their role, and the impact this makes on delivering product excellence.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to Microsoft, as it is to Pinewood. An independent Customer Satisfaction survey is carried out by Microsoft as part of this accreditation process – this has been achieved for each of the eight years Pinewood has held Microsoft competencies.
Each stage of development is tested rigorously in-house ensuring each release operates as it was designed. Microsoft tests Pinnacle for compliancy and finally Pinnacle is Certified for the Microsoft Platform, ensuring that it applies Microsoft technologies in the most appropriate way.
Neville added, “the certification is far more than a logo – it is representative of our commitment of delivering the highest quality solution to our customers and ensuring that their business is prepared for the future.”
